John Glenn boys soccer win lose and draw as they move on to Tri-Valley

Vs. Coshocton (9/15)

Tuesday night in New Concord, the Redskins faced off against the Lil’ Muskies. John Glenn took control of the game in the first half with a goal by sophomore Roco Sabino, with an assist by Bryce Rowe. Rowe came back minutes later to land a goal of his own, to kick the John Glenn lead up to 2 – 0 before halftime.

After the half, the two teams fought hard defensively, leaving the half scoreless to give John Glenn the win 2 – 0.

John Glenn will travel to Dresden on Tuesday to face the Scotties at the Lacrone Soccer Complex at 7 PM.

Vs. Dover (9/10)

Thursday’s home game against the Dover Tornadoes went down without a score in either half of the game, giving both teams a draw. 

Vs. West Muskingum (9/8)

In West Muskingum on Tuesday, the Lil’ Muskies faced fierce competition as the Tornadoes dominated the field, hitting the net twice in the first half. In the second half of the game, Axton Landry hit the net for John Glenn with an assist from Gavin Lawrence, to narrow the score down to 2 – 1. The Tornadoes pumped out two more goals to take the match.
