Vs. Liberty Union (9/14)
On Monday night in Zanesville, the Lady Bishops were tasked with taking down Liberty Union. In the first half of the game, Bishop Mallory Moody found the net to lead the game 1 – 0. The Lions were never able to recover, and they fell to the Bishops 1 – 0.
The Bishops will host Licking Valley on Saturday; game time is set for 11 AM.
Vs. Wellington (9/9)
In a huge shut-out win against the Wellington Jaguars on Saturday, the Lady Bishops got to the net six times. Sophomore Kenna McVicker had two goals; senior Ryleigh Maxwell had one goal for the Bishops and three assists. Junior Elle Jones had one goal and two assists; Mallory Moody had a goal and one assist. Ryleigh Clarh also had a goal for Rosecrans.
Vs. New Philadelphia (9/5)
On Saturday in New Phila, the Lady Bishops were more than ready for the Quakers as they stepped onto the field and went right to work, dropping in two goals in the first half while shutting down the Quaker offense.
After the break, the two teams were neck and neck throughout the second half, each finding the net once, but when the final buzzer rang out, the Bishops walked away with the 3 – 1 win.
Rosecrans sophomore Kenna McVicker had two goals, Mallory Moody had one goal, and Ryleigh Maxwell had two assists.
